I don't think there is such a thing as convincing others. I think that can lead to performative equity, which is a setback. That's why I lean on the brain science so much - it's compelling and it reaches people who would otherwise shut down hearing "DEI."  Ultimately, I think embodying the work is the greatest transformative agent. To really live it, let it transform us, experience our own breakdowns and reckonings and then speak honestly about them.
